We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) to join our Inclusion department. You will become part of a dedicated team made up of enthusiastic and adaptable staff who are committed to transforming the department into an outstanding area of excellence. You will receive strong support from a knowledgeable and experienced Academy Leadership Team, who collaborate closely with all departments to implement a wide range of new teaching resources and schemes of work.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our Specialist Resource Provision, ensuring it reflects the Academy's and Trust’s core values of inclusion for all. You will collaborate closely with parents and colleagues to guarantee that every child receives the highest quality of education.
Oasis Academy Enfield is an inclusive 11 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. We are located in a new building with state-of-the-art facilities and situated 12 minutes from Enfield Lock train station. The percentage of students achieving top grades at GCSE has risen over the years.
